7-Day Easy Returns

We offer 7-day free and easy returns from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

  • The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

  • All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included.

  • Proof of purchase or your order number is required.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns if:

  • The shapewear has been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery.

  • The hygiene seal (if applicable) has been removed or broken.

  • The item is returned without its original packaging.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome.

If your return is approved:

  • Your refund will be processed within 2 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued using the appropriate method based on your original order arrangement.
